This was a neglected Weaver’s Cottage, riddled with damp and in dire need of a little TLC. Its location 2 minutes away from Hazel Grove Train Station and 5 minutes from all the amenities of the nearby high street made it a must have in our opinion! A complete renovation rectified years of neglect and we are really proud of the contemporary refresh's we were able to bring to this charming cottage. The property was sold above asking price as a result of a viewing on the initial open house. We were delighted when we shattered the ceiling price for similar properties along that road.
