The first thing that attracted us to this property was its location. 2 minutes walk to the nearest train station, 10 minutes to the town’s other station and just a 5 minute walk from the bustling town centre of Warrington. Just off the Museum quarter, Thynne St has the perfect balance of being quiet, yet right on the doorstep of local bars, restaurants and venues. Others saw a tired 3 bed terraced house, we saw the enormous potential to create a spacious 5 bedroom ensuite co-living space. We designed the project with a light industrial theme but our main priority was creating a vibrant and funky home for our target market of young professionals. This certainly resonated with our target market as we were fully tenanted within 5 weeks in an extremely competitive market!
