For us…it is the location and the space. You need vision, a sense of imagination and an awful lot of know how to walk into a decrepit property and see past the damp, the 1930’s wallpaper and “interesting” design ideas of past owners. For us, one of our biggest motivations for doing what we do, is the enormous sense of satisfaction of taking an overlooked wreck and transforming it into a desirable home that is just a little bit special.
